A lot of people say COVID-19 ushered in new changes into how we work, and ultimately how we find jobs too. Maybe, Maybe not.

As i resumed new episodes of my podcast with a new name (Talentpoll), my job is to get into conversation with Career & Business leaders on various topics touching how young people can find and create jobs to build successful careers.

On this episode, i spoke with Idris who head the HR function at Jobberman Nigeria to share thoughts and insight into what has changed about how recruiters hire and how that should influence the way job seekers look for jobs.

Idris shared ideas around thinking globally and open to roles outside your geographical location and the skills to match such. He also touched on how you can do a skills inventory to prepare yourself for the roles.
