- Leadership in reality rests in the hands of few people. Many people don’t have the discipline to lead.
- Leaders take responsibility for every area of the task. They think holistically.
- The most important ingredient in leadership is integrity. You won’t be perfect, but be honest.
- Leaders possess tremendous belief in people.
- Leadership can be taught.
- Great leaders know how to effectively communicate their vision.
- Problem solving is the quickest route to leadership
- Great leadership is never done without other people.
