Someone once reached out to me that he got paid for helping someone write a CV.
Well, anything people are willing to pay for can be termed Value.
Organizations don’t hire people because they graduated. They hire people who can solve a problem that the organization has.
So, if you graduate from the university, what is it you have that an organization can pay for?
Can you do research? Can you write business proposals? Can you think and develop ideas that solves a problem?
The problem with young undergraduates is that they discover too late about these things. That’s why I have written this.
You think it is when you graduate from the university you will start develop VALUE that an organization can pay for?
You are suppose to use your four years in school well.
Apart from your certificate. What VALUE do you have that an organization can pay you for?
