Dear Leader,
Happy New Year!
I trust this meets you in pursuit of wisdom.
It begins with God. So, I am grateful for the privilege to begin another year writing this letter to you.
Your Journey to a better 2026 begins with WHY – a clear vision of what God wants you to do in 2026.
If it is missing, it is broken.
The antidote to failure is a plan, and the cure for a failed plan is another plan acted upon.
You can only relentlessly pursue what is planned. Don’t fight or fly like one beating the air. Have a plan on paper for the year.
God has created us to lead, we must do so with a plan.
Even if 2025 didn’t go as planned, I’d like to remind you of the story of creation.
The earth that was initially created was without form and void and darkness was on the face of the deep. And the spirit of God was hovering over the face of the water. And God said, let there be light and there was light.
The meaning of light used above is CLARITY, ILLUMINATION, REVELATION.
It is the first thing every leader needs.
So, like God, leaders like you and I must get into the habit of brooding over the entire year and coming out with a FLIGHT PLAN.
Start with Light. Start with a Plan. There are no perfect plans but don’t run the year without a plan.
As you start 2026, I’m praying for you: Let there be light and let your light BREAK FORTH like the morning.
