Great is a consultant specialising in talent acquisition, youth development, leadership & governance. He is the founder of The GOLD Foundation, a leadership development organisation created to develop 5-Star leaders across different sectors. Through his speaking, training, coaching and consulting sessions, he is helping leaders gain clarity, strategy & audacity to lead effectively.

He is the Head of Recruitment & Youth Engagement Programmes at Alan&Grant, where he provides talent advisory and recruitment solutions to result-driven organisations across diverse sectors.

Great holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, a Master’s degree in Managerial Psychology, and a Master’s degree in Public Administration. He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), Nigeria, and the Institute of Strategic Management, Nigeria, among other professional affiliations.

He is an alumnus of the School of Politics, Policy and Governance and a Fellow of the Legislative Mentorship Initiative (LMI), where he was recognised as Diplomat of the 2025 Cohort.
